White Noise – Premiering April 30, 2022

Premiering on April 30th at 7PM in the Tiverton High School Theater – Free and Open to the Public: PEER Productions (Producing Empathy and Emotions in Reel Time) has wrapped filming of our first film, “White Noise” written by THS student Emma Baker with writing contributions by Ava Milukas, Julia Han, Casey Michaels, Elise Flanagan and Emily Cutillo-Mello. Several THS drama students were background talent.

This 5-year initiative created by the Newport County Prevention Coalition (Rebecca Sisson Elwell), Strategic Preventions (Gregory Thompson), The CORE Org. (Gloria Crist), along with legislative and federal funding puts the narrative and the creative voice in the power of 9th-12th graders with writing, acting and creating screenplays in the framework of preventing substance abuse, drawing attention to mental health issues in young people and how best to tell their story. Please join our extraordinary group of people, cast and crew on April 30th at 7pm in the THS Theater for our premiere!
